zaboub was ok, put in some dangerous crosses, the momentum of anti-zaboubness was gaining momentum throughout, sofi like roberts is an attacking player, who only needs to produce a couple of flashes of brilliance in a game. he has set up loads of goals already this season and even yesterday put in a few crosses that should have been finished (peacock for one should have got one in).
dont let it become easy to slate him, you will all end up as fucking miserable at a game as dave russell. :goodpost:

Where I was sat we noticed Zabooub was terrible until he got kicked in the head then he started to pick up. So we've decided we're going to ambush him in the car park before games in the future and give him the pre-emptive kick in the head he needs to get his game going

I still think Zaboub is the most over rated player in our squad.
Not band wagon jumping, I've been saying it since the end of last season.
1 good performance followed by 6 or 7 shit ones aint good enough........

Vincent is a class act. Is he good going forward - not really. Is he a great crosser of the ball - not really. Can he shoot - not really. can he defend - yes he can and bloody well at that. I'm a fan of Zaboub but Vincent really has got his work cut out with Zaboub in front of him. He's pretty good on the ball and doesn't panic. When he moved into centre half along side Ifill last seaaon he was superb. I think he's one of those players that would be described as a player's player.

I'd sooner have Peacock in the middle than Pook.

Eastons and Peacock constant running in the midfield will help us overcome a lot of teams in 2nd halves this season. Bournemouth had been run ragged by the end. Fair play to Cox, he did look a class act. Thats just the start Paynter needed, think weve finally found our new main man.

if this team does well in this league and wins promotion zaboub and quite a few of our players would be found out in the championship. the boss is trying to build a squad to do well and some of them could do well in the championship but i reckon the team as it stands now would get murdered.

Steady on! I don't think a lot of people thought the squad that came up from League 2 last season would do that well, but it has been improved and now looks capable.
And I think Spencer is right.

Yeah, only 3 or 4 of our players would cut it in the champions league.
