T'is but a scratch.

Wouldn't be the end of the world anyway. We have willams to possibly come back, blackburn has looked immense so far, and jamie vincenté looks much better at centre back than on the left. We can get loans in aswell, so its not too much of a worry.

I heard that we were interested in signing a 30 yr old defender from hull on loan for his replacement...

Was our captain for a while last season, but got a bad injury and just getting back to full fitness. He'd do a good job for you

According to todays adver 4-6 weeks out.  Not too bad either great chance to get Blackburn some league experience or shift Vincent in there and plays Minge and Jack Smith as fullbacks.  I think if we play Blackburn he will get better and better but Ifil may get a bit dodgy again.  If we move Vincent in there I think Ifil will remain consistent as he always plays better with an older head alongside him to talk him through the game.  Either way good to see whoever comes in will actually be a good player which shows the squad is alot stronger.

Dave's got it spot on. Ifil needs a talker next to him, so on that basis I think Vincent should move in-field and Comminges should play left back.

Can Blackburn play right back or did I dream that?  :?

I believe he can also play right back but you would have thought with Jack Smith having recovered from his slight knock last week that he would come in right back, Comingues to left back and Vincent to centre.

Seems harsh to leave Blackburn out but Jerel does need the older head next to him, so  - Smith - Ifil - Vincent - Minge -  seems to be the way to go
