last week my mum made a chocolate sponge cake and this week she made a traditional one with ye olde cream and jam in the middle i'm more of a traditionalist when it comes to sponge cakes it's all gone now though  |

there's only one thing to do with a sponge cake... that's eat it there's plenty of things you can do with cream though  |
