If Andy King were the manager I would have expected a prospect from Spurs, probably a youth international, who would make three sub appearances by the end of the loan period, before signing a deal with Barnet.

Otherwise, it would have been a forgotten striker (Kevin Missitt), twenty pounds overweight, who waddles into an occasional reserve game for a Championship side.  After the debut, with several offside decisions against owing to being unable to run back to position, his signing would be quickly forgotten.

The final signing would have been Agro Argiebargie from Grays Athletic, extremely fast, no ball control and unable to cross.

We should be happy.
