Coming up to my 4th week of non smoking and the mouth ulcers have appeared with a vengance.
Fucking sore as fuck
Anyone got any tips on getting rid of the fuckers ?
BTW - Cant use Bonjella - makes me gag

must be stressed fred,or if you get them regularly it could be to do with a wheat intolerance
