£24,000,000. Jesus wept. I'm off to buy a field somewhere.

I think they give a hefty chunk to charities and stuff.

You can tell who the moaners are can't you?

Regardless of who's playing the mainstage, the dance tents/arenas are always fantastic. Good times are almost guaranteed to be had.

I wish I had gone now.

I am a boring - I don't take drugs and don't really drink that much and really don't care for doing anything other than watching live music whilst attending festivals.

There are plenty of bands on the Glastonbury bill (big acts and small) that I'd happily see - I guess my point is that for all the might and mystique of Eavisfest I find the line-up disappointing and that is reflected by the fact that they couldn't sell it out in quick time (that'll probably benefit those going).

But I agree with all the comments about people moaning for the sake of moaning.

Oh and nothing can be worse than what the Reading Festival has become - full of posh kids celebrating finished their GCSE's and general whacky funsters.

My kid did that, but he's not posh.  Had I known, I wouldn't have let him go  Cool

I'm going to Womad and Cropredy - bring on the Dengue fever and Shane McGowan and then the Stackridge and Supergrass
I might have a cider or two as well

Nope - check the line-up this year, there is an alarming lack of diversity. I spent the last two mainly around the dance area, but there's little on this time. It really does look quite poor.
