I had Osgood-Schlatters disease as well, which was a bitch for 3 months, but apart from leaving a lump on my knee is fine now.
My worst injury was when I ripped my hamstring a couple of years back. Being a lazy fucker I never used to stretch before sport. So I had a full football season, then my first full cricket season (ie. senior as well as junior cricket) and every time I played my hamstring just got tighter and tighter. When pre-season football training started again I couldn't take goal-kicks anymore because my hamstring just wouldn't let me.
Then in September, playing football at lunch-time I went for a slide tackle and it just went. The pain was undescribable, if I didn't cry I should have. I couldn't walk properly for 3-4 months. When I started physiotherapy, my physio said he'd never seen a hamstring in such a state in all of his career. By May the next year I was running comfortably and again, and by July it was fine. Now I stretch out before doing any sporting activity.

My worst injury was a dislocated shoulder.
It was kind of my own fault, I slid in and mullered this kiddie (got the ball as well though:wink: ) unfortunatly i booted him in the air and his entire bodyweight landed on my shoulder. muchos pain

I was a rubbish left back, and i was marking the current U16 100metre chmapion for wiltshire. There was no way i was going to win a battle of pace, so i went for the injure them quick option. He went off after a firm but, ahem, fair challenge in which i also fractured my wrist. I played on for half an hour after until it swelled up stupidly and i had to go to A & E.

Never had a serious injury really.
The worst one was when I was playing footy and sprained my wrist. I was agony as I was about 10 at the time, and that injury still comes back every now and again. I did it again playing footy for school against year 10s not long ago and its a real pain in the arse but doesn't stop me playing!
