He's just pissed off because Panorama has found about about his dodgy dealings. When T&T got to the WC finals in Germany, the only way to order tickets to the games was to order tour packages via Simpaul, which was owned by....Jack Warner.

When someone noticed that, he sold it to...his son, so in effect still running it.

the Warner family-owned Simpaul Travel company made at least Euros 754,375 ‘profits through the resale of 2006 FIFA World Cup tickets.’

That’s US$1,026,636. A million bucks! The Warners are the biggest ticket touts in the football world!
