way things are going we will be joining them on minus 15! No... just on minus 10!! Seriously, this is due to Bates messing about with the Inland Revenue. The FL league said that they couldn't start the season still in admin, without a CVA being agreed. Due to pissing off the IR, the court case will not be heard until next month AFTER the start of the season. Apparently Leeds are appealing the decision. If I was the FL...I'd double it just to piss off Bates.  |

"However, it is acknowledged the club did go into administration and has been unable to comply with the terms of the League's well-established insolvency policy.
Isn't this what we're doing by varying the CVA?

leeds are the first of the 40 odd teams that have gone into administration, to exit administration without agreeing a cva.
to be honest, that's about where i stopped having a clue about what's going on.
