I expect she'll get a letter through the post in the near future asking if she wants the police to proceed with court action over the accident.

I didn't when a Czech bloke hit our car (he was here on his holidays - yeah right), as there was only minor damage.

It was optional.

I either got 3 points and a £60 fine or i paid £74 and went on the 2 and a half hour course.

I got done by a gatso in Oxford. 35 mph in a 30 mph.

I've been on the Thames Valley course too, (36 in a 30, Aldermaston Village).

And yes, it does make you think that it is "30 for a reason".
