I think most have doubts about a new investor. But to dismiss it out of hand is a bit premature.

Maybe this is the 1 in a 100 times when the board is actually telling the truth?

Talk Talk's point was the latest communique from the club didn't use the word investor but spoke of a "potential takeover" which is a totally different issue

Has ex-Millwall chairman Peter de Savary's name been mentioned before?

If itís the same investor mentioned by Diamandisí he fits the bill as the local entrepreneur and once owned the Willsí estate.

He resigned from Millwall after just 10 months having taken control from Dragonís Den Theo Pathathathathis but still holds a large investment in their holding company.  Not sure what the legality would be of having an interest in two clubs albeit via holding companies.
