Nope can't be arsed this time...gave up smoking last time..managed two weeks (i've finally quit for good now). I like my lifestyle the way it is why go changing it?

Well I've just been to see the doctor and my blood sugar is way too high. I need to eat a lot less, drink a lot less (booo) and lose 1.5 stone or i'm going to have to inject myself for the rest of my life!

My new year's resolution: Try not to become diabetic
