Bar that 12 minute spell it was one of the crappest games I've ever seen.

You're joking Dave. It seems to be fashionable to call England games boring but that game definitely wasn't. Not a classic but it was a good game if a little one sided. You can't complain too much when you win 4-0, especially as we could easily of had a few more.

That was the least boring England game I've seen for a very long time but I think that's more to do wih the quality of the opposition than anything else.

agree with bwb...most england games are boring so cbecomes a trational thing to say, but it was boiling hot and an easy win so not amazin to watch...but 4-0 is good enough!

Actually watching Owen's goal again that's a good goal as well, Terry wins the balls well, Lampard runs half the pitch beating most of the Northern Ireland team, superb 1-2 with Rooney and then a well taken finish from Owen. Great teamwork. Lampard's was a good strike too.

I was there too!!Was a quality day!Shame they scored all 4 goals in the opposite end but still was great - especially seeing the majority of the crowd doing the soccer am - 'Easy Easy Easy' when we kept scoring VERY funny!

I think England did okay and you can never sniff at a 4-0 win.
