O'Hanlon's been in that role around Xmas and it didn't really work IMO

Like it Dex, but not for me. Too complicated and reliant on good players doing a disciplined job.

If you want cosmopolitan then Bolton are your team......there was a point in the cup tie on Sunday when if Sam had brought off Nolan and brought on Pedersen, they would have had 11 different nationalities on the pitch, which I'm sure would be unique.
