Is anyone from here on Orange broadband and have one of the tent shaped hub things?

We have and the net has gone mega shit always cutting out and is really slow, it is really fucking me off. Also if someone uses the broadband phone line whilst someone is on the net it interferes with the phone. I couldn't even watch the football focus link as kept re-buffering as the connection was so slow....

We did get a warning a few months ago saying we had gone over our fair usage limit and if it carried on they might reduce our band width or cut us off........wouldn't be that though would it?

Anyone else on orange or had similar issues?

We ordered orange broadband not long ago,we had the set up package and everything we rang up every week for 5 frigging weeks and they kept saying 'we'll put it on next week' and they never did. They were fucking useless and then tryed charging us for the internet we never bloody used! So we terminated it and now with talk talk which is still shit and slow.

Been with Orange for 3 months and so far no probs. Used to have NTL (Virgin) which was faultless for 2 years solid but I don't live in a cabled area now.

I'm opposite. With NTL (Virgin) and have never had a problem but have heard horror stories about BT

BT all the way...wouldn't touch any of the "free" providers, such as orange, talk talk or sky
