I saw those Flags a few times, one looked like they had wrote 'SWINDON TOWN' across it with a marker pen.

One of the STFC flags belongs to a bloke called Andy Hannath, intel employee, aged 30+, he had tickets for three group matches, including the Ireland Pakistan match.

I believe the Jamaican police haven't ruled him out of their investigations just yet.
