reversed into a rover after reffing tonight. panicked and drove off. then went back and hid down a lane to try and see what was going on, only for him to see me.

very embarrasing and stupid. lesson learnt: just stay and swap insurance details. lucky i went back really, he said he was going to call the po po if i'd not.
