0:0 at half time versus Torquay, Brownlie has the number 9 shirt. Hope he scores the winner.

Finished 1-1 - Brownlie played the whole game. He'll be lacking match fitness though.

Chester should have sealed the points but Wilson volleyed wide and forced a fine save from Simon Raynor and
Royce Brownlie missed from just four yards
.
Eek.

I wish Royce all the very best, but I think that Sturrock knows what he's doing. Sturrock follows the Book of Clough, he talks about the team having to have a spine. He has also sorted out the players that he feels don't have a future. Whether its promotion or not this season, next season is going to see a different Swindon side, extremely fit "Steady Eddies". I am not sure about contracts, but I don't expect Shakes, Brown, Nicholas or Pook to be around next season. I think it will be time up for Ady, but expect Evans to be in the red shirt as well as Weston next season. I don't think Sturrock has time for a players that will be bench warmers.

Agree DV, he just looks a yard off the pace at the minute. Perhaps he's let his fitness slip or something?

he's sulking because he hasnt been offered a contract extension yet I expect.
Dont think he will be.
Infact are our only players signed up for next season Phil Smith, Gareth Whalley and Lukas Jutkiewicz?
Isnt everyone else on one years?
