You shouldn't worry too much about camping....at a good festival you keep going until you drop, then just find somewhere to kip.
At the IoW festival of 1970.....I kipped on a putting green of a golf course...very comfortable.

Supertramp also had Swindon boy Rick Davies who played keyboards. His mum lived in eastcott Hill and if you looked through the living room window you could see all the platinum discs etc on the wall.
