I went to see him in Edinburgh doing his 'Current Puns' tour.

Hilarious.

Tim Vine was fucking brilliant last night, the funniest comedian I have ever seen by miles, actually made my wife cry with laughter, can't wait to see him again.

Yeah saw him a couple of years ago, he's ace.

Judging by the number of threads that descend into pun-fests I'd imagine there's a few fans of his on here!

R Kelly on Jools Holland was unbefuckinglieveable.

Singing Sam Cooke with Jools:

'When a woman loves'

I Believe I Can Fly - and the notes he starts hitting at 2:53, and Adele and Jools' reactions

On a more local note, saw an old punk band from Wootton Bassett at the weekend called 2 Sick Monkeys - close to being the perfect Saturday night out - beer, jumping around with no expectstions of actually being able to dance and screaming along with choruses of "Fuck Off".

Saw Roger Waters' The Wall at the O2 last night with appearance by Dave Gilmour playing Comfortably Numb which was excellent. Nick Mason also showed up on stage.
Joy Formidable and Manics to look forward to in Cardiff a week tomorrow.

The Joy Formidable are a great live act. They use some backing tape but make a huge sound. I reckon they will give the manics a run for their money.
