Nah, Komedia. Not been to the pavilion before, though they do have a folk festival next month, which may be 'interesting'

Bob Dylan
Ray Davies
Mumford and Sons
Seasick Steve
Pete Doherty
Laura Marling
Johnny Flynn

....were all at Hop Farm. All were excellent, except I'd rather share a needle with Pete Doherty than listen to Mumford and Sons' shite. Ray Davies and Doherty were probably the best performers, but I was there to see Dylan mainly.

Well I went to see Same Difference last night at the Town gardens. My bitch of a wife thuoght it would be a good idea to book tickets for all the family and then she's been ill all week so I had to bloody well take the kids.
As for hop Farm - how long did it take you to get out?

I actually quite like Mumford and sons.  However I now have a problem with them as I've noticed that Marcus Mumford looks incredibly like David Cameron.  And even if he doesnt look like David Cameron its in my head that he does.

I now can't look at him without wanting to punch him in his big shiny forehead.

Only about 10 mins so it seems to have improved in that respect.

Buying beer was a bit of a joke though, a 40 minute queue from midday to midnight.

I don't think Hop Farm has a high returner rate, seems to be consistently poorly organised and a rip off too, which is a bit rich for a festival which claims to put punters first.

I enjoyed it, but would be unlikely to attend again.

Sounds like good news to me JFW. Always looks great until she opens her mouth to speak/sing.

Did Cole not take anti-malaria medication while on holiday? Nasty thing to get that.
