I've only just discovered them. Awesome.

For those that have no idea who they are

Na not convinced by that track. Lyrics are largely shit (bar the Tory bit) and over repetitive. The sound is ok (a bit early Kaiser Chiefs/The Strokes/FranzFerdinand) but it just seems to me like they're trying too hard to be something they're not.

Sound like a run of the mill band I'd see on the off chance at a festival or random gig and be like, they're ok but I won't rush out to buy their LP.

I'd opt for Slaves over these if I was booking them and I'm not that keen on Slaves. How apt though, the band Slaves getting one over on the Slave Traders (Idles).

Also, what a waste of perfectly good crockery!

Oh, are you in for treat! I saw them on opening night. Magnificent evening.
Neither of us got told about the secret warm-up gigs at The Vic last week then Hmmm...

Thursday night is Swindon's bright new things: GETRZ at The Vic. What's all this with bands' names using CAPITAL LETTERS?!

They were amazing, the most i've ever enjoyed a gig and a rare experience to hear songs that haven't been played live in 36 years or had never been played live before.

Taking my 10 year old daughter to her first proper gig on Sunday - Less Than Jake, Reel Big Fish, Zebrahead and Suburban Legends in Bristol.
Can't wait, I've seen LTJ and RBF loads of times over the years, very much looking forward to persuading her to go absolutely nuts with me.

Thats a great first gig to go! Seen them all before and they're brilliant! Zebrahead used to play Level 3 when it was the Furnace quite a lot in the early 2000's. They are great fun

Love a bit of RBF seen them a few times and my old band supported them, good fun band, good line up.

Just got myself some tickets to see Bad Manners and Max Splodge Christmas tour down in Bridport, be my 20th time I have seen them live and they still entertain well.

Normally Max uses Manners band when he tours with them, 3 of them used to be in my band about 5 years ago.

Max is a nice bloke but 40 years of drugs has taken its toll on him.

I'm off to see Kirk Brandon tonight at Swindon Vic.
