What they said... was an amazing night. I've seen Ian Brown do some Roses tracks before, but seeing the full lineup (especially Squire and Reni who were just fantastic) was virtually a dream come true for me.

Saturday was magic.  Cracking crowd, really made the day.

Fucking horrendous getting out back into Manchester centre afterwards.

Some free music in Luxembourg this weekend. Might pop along and see Mexican Ska band Los de Abajo tonight and the singer from SuperTramp tomorrow night. Its free so doesn'r matter if its a load of mince.

Went to Craig Charles' Funk & Soul Club at The Lanes (Bristol) last night.

The evening was really good, his set wasn't that great.

I went to Bloc 2012 last weekend. Absolute train wreck of a festival, shut down just after midnight on the Friday, and didn't re-open on Saturday. They're fucked. May not get a refund on my £100+ ticket.

If thats Rancid at the Fleece then you will see Wil Hodgson there too, he invited me and the missus but I am not sure I enjoy their music TBH.
