I remember he kept a clean sheet against Bradford. He didn't play many more though!

I remember him coming and being touted as the new David James (naturally, because he came from Liverpool, played in goal and looked the same) - I'm sure he played a few - and have a recollection of him letting them through his legs during the 90mins and the warm up

Was that the Bradford game where Steve Cowe scored an asolute cracker from the corner of the box, left foot, top corner, Stratton bank end...?

The very same. 10 years ago in November.

I went to that game with Sade's dad and her cousin Ryan.

I think it was a match with Bradford -  no idea if Warner was in goal for us, but a proper belter in a match that no one fancied us to win.

Other than the goal - I remember John O'Kane being booked for catching the ball because someone in the crowd whistled.

I remember my brother spending 90mins apologising to his northern girlfriend for the constant 'you dirty northern bastards'....and the Bradford Gippo 'having a wash'...dancing in the rain....or was that QPR at home when Darren Bullock lifted Matthew Rose off the floor by the throat and didn't even get booked? Ah the memories

That was quality!!! It was in retaliation for a bad foul as i recall. The QPR fans booed him every time he got the ball and we were giving it the ole's!

Considering it was dear ol' Daz, it may have been in retaliation for sniffing, coughing or breathing

Not a best 11 this but certainly a dirtiest. Would like to have seen Sturrock give a disciplinary pep talk to this team:

Fraser Digby (sent off at least twice I think)

Chris Ramsey
Nestor Lorenzo
Jon Gittens
Gary Elkins

Darren Bullock
Steve McMahon
Chris Kamara
Scott Leitch

Dave Mitchell
Steve White

Subs
Lee Collins
Dave Caldwell
Paul Ince
Jerel Ifil
Steve Foley

Think at least 9 of the starting 11 were sent off for Town including both strikers memorably in the same game at Brentford

He misses out through suspension. Got a 5th booking for arguing with himself.
