Its brilliant in the summer when all the bikers stop there and they do the best pub grub!
Probably a couple of years ago now there was a TV prog about these boffins who built a flying saucer, and then flew it over Avebury....it was of course being filmed....the bikers outside The Red Lion, reacted with a sort of....yawn, there's another flying saucer.
