STFC World Problem

I'm trying to watch yesterdays goals and when i click on watch now abox comes up saying a security upgrade is required to play this file, do you want to download the file?

I click on yes wait for ages and nothing happens.

I've even tried doing it the other way by clicking on download and downloading the video then i try playing it in media player and an error comes up saying the security upgrade is not available to download.

Has anyone else had these problems? does anyone know how to fix this?

Log out and log back in.

They show Shakes dance after the goal,  but they didnt show any highlights of the penalty miss, or when Peacock hit the crossbar in the first half
