Whatever happened to the rights issue of the football club and the holding company?

Martin Smarmes used that gag to get-out-of-jail a while ago when he was under pressure to explain how the club would find the money to pay the overdue / lied about CVA payments.

Simple question to the board: Where are the fucking details of the rights issue?
