It went alright actually. Grub was good, the old dear enjoyed not having to cook. I've told Rich he can do it next year though that should be interesting, haha! Times like these you realise how much you miss your family. It'll be good if you take up your own advice Bushey, but only because you want to. DV is a miserable cunt anyway

I get on with my sister very well, and my mum but dad I dont get onwith apart from a professional business relationship. Realised today families arent that bad, got soem really thoughtful presents which shows they do know me a little bit. Im gonna make more effort with family in 2007, anyone else get a wake up call today and realised what they have??? Definitely realise what you have especially when they're not there on Xmas Day. It hit home when instead of my Dad cooking a huge fry up for Xmas breakfast I had 3 bottles of Sol and 3 bacon sarnies. (Which I have to say made a nice change :?

My grandparents are still alive but this was my first Christmas without them due to illness. Half my family lives in Yorkshire and half lives in the North Eat so I struggle to even remember a lot of people. The only exception is my Aunt, Uncle and 3 cousins who live in maidenhead, but I haven't seen them for about 8 years!
Having said that I'm hopefully meeting up with my cousin Zoe in London in January. Despite having not even heard from eachother for years and hardly really knowing eachother we started chatting on myspace and msn like we knew eachother inside out which I guess is what I love about family.
