I am more interested on whats happening on the pitch right now than politics.
My Mums cancer is back and My Nan is in hospital right now so I just want to be a fan, kind of put things in perspective for me. I don't see whats wrong with that?

People slated me outside the ground for not taking an orange hat and I know they were thinking "Stanley your a tosser" etc but. I dont/wouldnt wear orange and the kids would wear it etc and they would have fun with it, which if you look in the adver was true. Fair play if you don't want to wear orange - as janaage's said repeatedly, that's up to everyone whether they want to or not - but it's not true it was just kids. Certainly, I mainly gave them out to middle-aged and up, including quite a few elderly people who I was surprised would wear them if only on the grounds of looking silly. Where I was sat, there was a lot of orange all round, and the only kid was my son who insisted on wearing his black and white pirate hat, so wasn't wearing orange

Miserable old git ... maybe I am ?

Fair play to the kids that wore them as well. It may shock some people (strangely the teens on thisis mostly) but kids are real people too.
I noticed a few Rovers and it's great (despite the other stuff) that some fans can see a cause that is just even within a rivals team.

Not sure I follow the logic there mate, but like I say if you don't want to wear one, for whatever reason, up to you. No-one's forcing you to and nor should anyone judge you for it either way. Miserable old git ... maybe I am ? Nope, but under the circumstances nobody could blame you if you were. Shit time for all that to land on you.
