Hello fellow forumers, it has taken nearly 6 months to get up and running on the old world wide web in Luxembourg but as of 10 minutes ago I can access the WWW from home.

So what have I been doing the last 6 months? Well I have left my job with Lombard, basically my manager was an utter cow and I couldn't stand her, so I left on the 27th November but the bonus being that I get paid up until the end of my 6 month trial - 20th December. I had a job interview with JP Morgan yesterday which seemed to go ok so I am waiting to hear back from them to see if I have a new job to go back to in the new year.

Saw Sigur Ros in the summer over here in the backdrop of Abbey Neumenster and they were Fantastic. Morrissey was playing last weekend but I decided against going. Got tickets to see Razorlight in January and my dad has got me tickets to see Muse at Wembley Stadium on my birthday next year.

I have visited Metz in France which has better shopping than Lux and we went to see the mighty Metz play at home to Tours. Metz won 2-1 in a fairly entertaining game on a Friday night in front of 13,000 people including 8 (yes 8!!) from Tours. Metz are currently top of Ligue 2 and I am thinking of getting a cheap season ticket next year to see the likes of Lyon and Marseille etc. Also visited Trier in Germany which is the oldest roman city in Germany (I think), Brussels, which has the most tremendous town square, chocolate and range of beers and Maastricht in Holland as my mates wanted to buy some garden plants, weed and grass. We are going to Amsterdam in the middle of January which I am looking forward to.

So that is it, I am currently unemployed, in a strange but wonderful country..................Loving it!!

You may find a Town fan at JP Morgan. A friend of mine works for JP Morgan in Luxo, he commmutes from Germany to work everyday.

It may be the other way round though?! He may work in Germany and commute from Luxo... Oh well, doesn't matter, but i have very little doubt that it is probably the same place!  Cheesy

I think I may have met him at a party one night, I can vaguely remember (at the time) singing Dennis Wise's praises although it was all a bit of a blur. I have seen him out and about a couple of times but not spoken to him. There is a Peterborough fan there as well who took money off me from our 1-0 defeat back in September.

So far so good yeah.  Not been out on the hill too much yet due to not having my lift pass, but I have found myself a job with a contract which means it will be near as damn it half price - which is nice.
