A personal response Talk Talk .... JESUS THAT WAS A WELL CONSTRUCTED AND THOUGHT THROUGH RESPONSE!  Whatever. Here's a better constructed and more thought through response then: Why do you persist in questioning every single last detail/motivation/statement of the consortium? And why do you not publicly scrutinise the board (on this forum for example) about their actions? It's all one way traffic, pal. Which is why I said you are TEDIOUS. Cheerio. |

Oh, and before you ask, nor are we backed by Martians. We would, however, welcome talking to any parties, be they American or green in hue, so long as they share the consortium's vision for taking the club forward and have the wherewithal to back it.
Do you think he'll notice I didn't say we weren't backed by six-foot lizard men? Or did I get away with that one?

Mr Trust Board, whilst I agree that Maverick is being a bit tedious, surely it would be better if you just answer any questions he asked politely. Whilst he might not be completely genuine or have his own reasons, other people who are unsure and stumble across this thread could easily take your responses as arrogant "we're right and you're wrong" responses - similar to what the current STFC board come up with at times.
Although to be honest, I understand why it's boring and I'd certainly not have the patience.
Have you found out what BP's favourite cheese is yet? Getting Spacey on side would surely be a bonus.
