What would be the best result for us today?
If we win and get a good draw in the third round, will that strengthen the Boards resolve to stay put? Given the money it would generate?
Don't get me wrong, I want us to win every game we play, I'm just wondering what would happen if we lost.....

Of course everyone wants a win today (I still remember Stevenage!) but I doubt a win and a decent draw in the 3rd Round would have any bearing on events.
We're way past the point of no return now. The current regime will need to talk to the consortium. And if they throw up unreasonable demands, you will quickly see a return to the type of unrest not seen since McMahon was ousted.
I know the deal has not been done yet, but I'll say it anyway. Welcome back, Bill.

I think a win would suite everybody. A good draw in the next round will keep the club pottering along for a while longer and it would be great for fan morale.
I had a horrible dream last night that we draw Franchise in the next round....
