most of the others gates were around 2 to 3 thousand

Only one in League 1 was higher I think

The attendances are quite good at the moment but if we stay up at the top of the league I will be disappointed if they don't start to climb.

I think if Ince signs it will boost attendances for atleast a short while, and hopefully those faces will be attracted by what they see and will return. You can't hope for anything else at this stage.

And on the point about Oxford, fair play to them. If we are honest they are too big for the Conference....but they just ain't good enough!

yeah, they were great when they came a couple of seasons ago. bottom of the league, utterly rubbish but came down and made a lot of noise. a bit like our away support last seaosn

Certainly deserve a better team than what they have. No league team deserves a team that bad, they are crap. End of. Worse than Rochdale! Which puts it in perspective, because they are much bigger club than Rochdale. Probably the worst team Ive seen for quite a while.

Shame about the drum, but their fans had a lot of spirit. Kept going right to the end. We know that feeling, the desperation. when the team is hopeless. Fair play to them. But they might have to take another drop.

Shame about the bunch of 40 or so scallies next to us on Swindon side who were just gagging for a fight.
