Well I've had lot's of fun. Especially with the pictures. There are loads of pictures of brown mixtures he he he.
Any hoo. Step one was the fun part of melting the chocolate (350g) and butter (250g - a whole thing of the stuff). Chocolate is easy to burn so you have to be careful. The safest way of doing this would have been in a bowl over a saucepan of water. I'm somewhat of an 'on the edge chef' and did it straight in a wok on a really low heat.

One last part of the mixture was required. 85g of plain flour a a tsp of baking powder
http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d35/flammableben/notpoo.jpgHaving everything-a-ready and the chocolate nicely cooled the mixing together started. The eggy-sugar and buttery chocolate mixtures were gently folded together. Then the floury-baking powder sieved in and gently all mixed up.
At this junction I added some white choclate chips and some raisens for extra aceness and they were in the cupbaord. this is of course optional and pretty much anything could be added. Personally, I wouldn't recomend broccoli or spinach.
http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d35/flammableben/poomix.jpgInto a tin lined with that papery stuff it went and into a pre-heated oven (160C). For about 40-50 mins. Until it could be prodded in the middle with a skewer with only a few moist crumbs getting stuck.
http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d35/flammableben/pootin.jpgIt then came out of the oven and left to cool for a while before being transfered from the tin to a lovely little wire cooling thing.
http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d35/flammableben/done.jpgI then did cut it up and eat some.
