do you notice how wise seems to give him an almost 3rd striker role where he backs up peacock and roberts in the middle, even helping out shakes at some points today and he has to track back to help vincent out.

am i just seeing this? that he seems to have been given maybe too many jobs instead of just doing a lee homes and be there on the left as an outlet


He does push up as a third striker....I think thats mainly because most of Brezovan kicks go in that direction as well. So I guess it adds an extra targer rather than just Peacock

Monky has been plagued with injuries in the past couple of seasons and given we're only three games into the season in a division known for it's emphasis on brawn before brain I'm more than happy with his contribution. I am confident he'll turn into one of Wise's shrewdest signings by the turn of the year.
