Has any keeper saved 2 pens on their debut? Reg?

No...I do recall Frank Haffey, of 9 past Haffey fame, saving a pen when we dispatched Ipswich 3-1 in 64, but that was only his home debut....he played a blinder that day....but Frank liked the bottle a tradition upheld by many a Sweatie keeper, so he only lasted a few games.

Matty Bulman saved a pen in an FA Cup game at Boston on his first team debut, having just come on as sub.

In a game at WBA in around 91,  the Baggies were very dodgily awarded 3 pens and missed 2 as we prevailed 2-1 at the Hawthorns.

I have the video of that West Brom game.

The first two penalties were within about 1 minute of each other; you can see the Swindon fans going absolutely mad behind the goal; then when each one is missed they go mad with joy.

Its games like that which make you wonder about referees....thinking about recent scandals in Germany and Italy.
