....wait a minute, no he isnt?!?

He played very well today I thought. Looked a completely different player to last season.

I do worry that a midfield partnership of Pook & Weston is very lightweight and young but both had really good games today and we didnt look the same side once Weston was taken out and replaced by fatman.

Certainly wouldnt be against Pook being in the starting line up next week against Hartlepool

To be fair Pook did play well, much prefer Ince Weston tho, or even Wise Weston, Weston is fucking immense

Wise has opening admitted in his interview he has spoken to Ince, fingers crossed he will decide to come here. Heard West Brom are hot on his heels though....

Pooks major weakness is speed of thought once he gets the ball.

Fair play though, he did well today.

Yep i agree, was quite surprised by Pook today, but he has two great players to learn from in Wise and Gus, and they can hopefully help him become a better player, he certainly looks better compared to last season.

still don't rate him and one decent performance isn't going to change my mind.

he could learn a huge amount from wise and poyet, i hope he pays attention.

He was okay. That isn't 'good' though. Just ok. Which is an improvement

I thought he did well today.  Clean slate for everyone as far as I'm concerned, and on that note I thought Nico and Cherry Trifle had good games as well.

Pook is absolute crap. He is the weakest link in the centre by far and if he does not shape up by the New Year i can see Wise shipping him out

Best thing we can hope for is that he learns from Wise and Poyet- he needs to improve quick
