Technically though have we sold him?

He has moved out of contract and is subject to the rule on getting compensation for young players. Does this count as a 'sale'?

BBC RS reported the sell on clause as applicable, but I guess they have been wrong before.

£75k + up to 75k extra is a reasonable amount if you ask me.

I've got to say that I expected less to be honest.

Franchise are building a useful squad so if they become promotion contenders then the chances are that we will get more money.
