93 Miles from Carlisle - about 2 hours driving...

Never been to Hartlepool - is it worth going? ie nice ground etc...

It's definitely worth going. It's like going to a non-league game (and I mean that in a complimentary sense) You can go into the Corner Flag bar (I think that's what it's called) and have a beer and a chat with their fans. It's a nice atmosphere.

It's a shame it's not in the middle of the winter though. I think that anyone who has not been to Hartlepool in the middle of winter is a football virgin. It will probably still be cold in August mind you Cool

didnt think I could make it to this one as had one weekend to clean a house before new tenants move in, however last night it looked clean and tidy! Hopefully it will come back ok and I will drive up, wont decide till friday tho!

i want to go. my car wont be comfortable for that long. £60 and i can rent a ford focus 1.6 for the weekend. people who are nice and want a lift and are willing to chip in for the cost, anyone game?
