i'm in a foul mood today as i slept rubbishly last night. went to bed about 2 and woke at 6 for no reason; didnt need a piss, wasn't hungry, didn't feel hot, wasn't thirsty. during the day i'd been for a run and mown our lawn so should have been tired. i've been doing this for about a week now and normally i'm a top sleeper, can do a good 10 hours easily with sirens outside my window.
it eases my pain that everyone else is sleeping badly though.

Played Badminton after work; Jesus that was hot too; must have lost/sweated off some weight doing that.

The weather today was great, loads of sun instead of being hot and cloudy like it was a couple of weeks ago. Bit too hot inside but you can't have everything.

I was boiling last night, got in at about quarter to 12 and went straight to bed. I woke up loads of times in the night and then re woke at 6 to find I was cold so I got back under the covers again  Oh yeah and I seen the biggest moth EVER last night, it was like the oversized evil ones you see on films. I was so scared. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH thats the one! |
