Apparently he's got an England U17 or U19 game on Tues or Wed and three games in a week would have been too much.

"Lee Holmes has got an England game this week and a home game next Saturday.We came here with the experienced pros and he's more a home player where the opposition tends to sit back.Away from home where the opposition often have the ascendancy, because it's their ground and their supporters, we have to get the ball to him and we found that difficult in recent weeks so I just made a choice.Also at 17 he's not really entitled to play three games in one week, I thought that was asking a lot of him."

Glad to see Derby doing well at the moment, increases our chances of getting for the rest of the season I would have thought.

oh righteo...just wondering considering he has been playing brilliantly recently of course!

He's not really been all that good for us.  A lot of the time he has made forward runs and then just stopped or done a cross which ends up with nothing.  He did in the Stockport game have a couple of good moments but thats it.  But saying that, i would rather him be a Swindon than not as he is still one of our best players.
