Technically if you are contracted you are part of that organisation. The point I was trying to make is McPhee doesn't have a contract with us. Actually, I believe the players arent contracted over the summer period....for some reason I cant remember! |

According to the majority of repots you read players are generally contracted to the club until 31 june.

for all but 3-4 weeks over the summer, the players aren't involved with the club - so why wouldn't they be contracted?
anyway, i'm sure we pay them wages through the summer.
