Arrrgggh not ICT at New College :?
It's probably all different now, but when I went that course was a nightmare.
Uni is sound, but I wouldn't fancy those extortionate fees now. I'm glad I've done it though, will hopefully get a good grade when I graduate and I now have a job lined up which I wouldn't have got without a degree (or another 2 years training which I couldn't be bothered to do). Add to that the drunken outings, the friends you meet and the experience of living away, I can't believe I didn't want to do it when I first started my A-Levels. I only chose ICT because i couldn't think of anything else to do! I asked the person who was doing the interview did the course do web design and she said no..i looked over the information sheet and basically every coursework was web design, silly woman! Most boring job ever. I do web shite and it bores me to the very core, they didn't even have proper computers when I was doing my GCSE's. |

Im doing AS levels. Finish Friday. 2 history exams tomorrow but I have pretty much given up caring cos I was getting stressed by the ones I wanted to do well in.
I am soooodropping history for A2!

You would assume so, wouldn't you ? Maybe an attempt by the government to make it look like more people were passing than was actually the case. I deserved less to be honest. Stfc11 - A friend on mine spelt his name in his A level mocks(BEN), and another lad managed DUNCE after re-takes :smile1: |

I think that before they redid it in about 2001 with the new system an N wasn't good enough to pass but not bad enough for a U. Something like that anyway. |
