I remember winning a shoot-out in the 91-92 season against Oxford in the Zenith Data Cup!

Match ended 3-3; some good goals. Then we won 4-3 on penalties.

Not sure if that is the last time though.

Beat Millwall in LDV a few years back - Kevin Halliday scored the winning penalty?  

Youth team won the FA Youth Cup last season on penalties, if that counts.

Wasn't the yoof team, was Swindon Town, but the yoof were playing.
