totally agree although changing the badge is expensive, but if possible go back to the old one with the train on it that has some meaning !

Change definately, the current badge has no meaning and without meaning to offend the person that designed it , it has the originality, colour scheme and imagination of what a 6 year old would come up with!

The past ones had meaning to them, and said a bit about the town and what its famous for etc. The current one......um an S for swindon.....Green represents the feilds and stuff......the red represents swindon town cos they play in red.
 :| Great.

Change it !

Weren't the circle and lines meant to represent a turntable and train tracks?

I think the current one is ace! Maybe if there was a bit of blue in it as well, that would be class.

i read in a swindon town book that the lines going forward were meant to resemble the club going forward....?? bit crap really as it isn't true of course.

not to fussed about the badge!

I just read it's meant to be a travelling football

It looks like someone did the design using fuzzy felt before putting it on paper  Cheesy

I'd much prefer a more traditional crest or emblem to the current badge which looks a bit like a hangover from the late 80's early 90's school of design.

I think Mark D has actually said that it's one of the things they have looked at but are going to look at it again when we get the stadium sorted.
