I remember my first lesson going really well and I was over-confident and fucked up lesson 2 badly. Concentrating too hard on where I was going and not paying any attention the the engine, got up to about 45 in 2nd (in a 1.6 306). Smoke eveywhere.

I crashed twice doing lessons. Once outside my house into a parked car (because my parents were sat at the end of the drive waiting to get in) and I kerbed it when I saw a girl I was having a date with after the lesson.I was a lady killer even then
