I just completely confused myself by trying to work out what time it is in beijing as we're watching it on chinese tv. 4amBST = 11am Whatever Beijing time is called. Not that it matters. It's 8am in china I guess that's why the sports channel is still on headline / state run gym avert repeat. I wonder when proper scheduling will start.

Mine has been pretty good.
If it's not until 4am think I'm gonna watch a film, maybe have a nap and then come back a bit after 3.
Set my alarm and hidden it on the other side of my room so that I have to get up. Genius.
