Oops  Oh yeah another thing that happened.......my cousin ryan is slightly embarrasing sometimes. In the city car park, Grunt smith got into his car and was trying to reverse but my cousin deliberately just stood right by the back of his car staring into his mirror and would'nt move! Smithy started shaking his head and then drove off.

Job done, we all knew we were down but we put a stop to their ridiculous playoff ambitions.

Good game...very entertaining.

Managed to get into the home stand by accident, I'm well 'ard me. Cool

Shows they don't hate us as much as we thought, it's good to have a friendly rivalry between another club it makes it all worthwhile.

Fair play to them for having the balls to admitt we had very good support today. Cheered me up a bit more reading that.

we played well because City are a good footballing side

Swindon never dicatate the play.

If the other team play hoofball we get dragged down to their level, if we play a decent passing side we get dragged up to their level.

Our best performances have all been against some of the 'better' sides

Very true. What we need is somebody like Whalley or Migs who can pplay every game well and hold the play. This has been a key factor quite often for us, but we haven't had anybody soing it consistently.

To the town faithful - one word. FANTASTIC. Absolutely tremendous, sent shivers down my spine. One of the best away games I have ever been to. I have to say, I really never expect that much noise from us. Even after the full whistle went, all you could hear was 'swindon til i die' echoeing around ashton gate - quite moving

I was walking to my car after the match with loads of City fans around me and all that could be heard in the streets outside was "Swindon 'til I die!"
MAGIC!

It was also interesting that the Brizzle fans were asking me if it was true we would be getting Holloway as manager. It seems that secretly they rate him quite highly and they fully expect to see us coming straight back up if it happens!

their fans are utterly disgraceful, i've never witnessed such poor 'support'

the only slight credit to them would be that not a single city fan attempted to wind us up after the game.which was nice.
