i daren't take a nap cos i won't be able to sleep later. tea's had no effect and i can't drink coffee.

tips please, before i pass out under my desk

Fall asleep sat up and set some alarms for 5 minutes time.

I didnt sleep from 7am Friday morning, til 3am Sunday. It wasn't pleasant, but i found that being surrounded by Guinness and girls speaking in Irish accents it was dead easy to stay awake.

Don't bother with red Bull or Pro Plus - they don't really work.

red bull seems to have no effect on me, caffeine is useless. i'd try power napping but i know i'd only wake up, turn the alarm(s) off and go back to sleep.

i could probably go to bed now and sleep through until 7am.

i sound like a lazy student bum but i can never ever get enough sleep, i'm always knackered, just cant keep my eyes open now.

Strong black coffee (or tea or coke or something if you really can't drink coffee), go to sleep while the stimulant kicks in (takes about 15 mins), then wake up and you're sorted. Or just stab yourself in the leg periodically.
