I'd say it was exactly that. Continual repetition of key points to get them too stick in your mind, so they are the first thing you think of when confronted with certain situations. I gave up smoking when I started reading it and then it did my head in so I gave up the book and took up fags again. One bonus is that you can read it really slowly and so postpone the actual giving up. I gave up by smoking pure weed for a month. PM me for tips. |
